**Position**:Payroll Analyst IJoin us at Arrow as Payroll Analyst.
**What you'll be doing**:- Provide support for the payroll process by maintaining the payroll audit database.
- Maintain database of reports and account reconciliation of payroll data for Finance department.
- Execute data analysis and corresponding reports to Human Resources and other Payroll partners.
- Participate in payroll related projects.
**What we ́re looking for**:- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1-2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience- Knowledge of Payroll related software.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Extensive knowledge on labor law and procedures (IMSS, IDSE, INFONAVIT, ISR).
