Reporting to the Manager of Payroll and Benefits, this position is responsible for payroll, benefits and pension administration, advisory services to employees, business process and technological innovation and record management, ensuring compliance with a variety of legislative requirements, benefit plans, pension plans and collective agreements.
Qualifications include a post‑secondary diploma in a related field and a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience, preferably in a large, unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
