Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Payroll Processing (weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly as applicable)

• Calculation of earnings, deductions, variables, retroactive adjustments, terminations, and severances.
• Validation of incidents (attendance, overtime, bonuses, shifts, variable pay) with operational areas.
• CFDI payroll stamping, cancellations, and re-stamping according to SAT regulations.
• Payroll reconciliation against TRESS movements and accounting reports.

2. Social Security & Social Obligations

• Employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications via IDSE; SUA management for contribution calculations.
• Determination and payment of IMSS, INFONAVIT (including amortizations), and FONACOT.
• Accurate integration of the Daily Integrated Wage (SBC), variables, and exempt/taxable concepts.
