About This Opportunity
What you’ll do
- Responsible for payroll processing including conducting various calculation, quality check, banking, and reporting
- Processes taxation, social security, and benefits administration
- Ensures HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws
- Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
- Maintains data, including salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances
- Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
- Handles inquiries from employees, HR, and other business team
- Drives process continuous improvement, participates in projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR operations
- Supports internal and external audits
