The Payroll Specialist is a key member of our payroll team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly and bi‑weekly payrolls for employees across multiple provinces. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Canadian payroll legislation across all provinces. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer payroll for all company employees, auditing payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payroll legislation and regulatory requirements across all Canadian provinces.
• Calculate wages, statutory withholdings, and company‑specific deductions with a high degree of accuracy.
