Position: Payroll Supervisor / Accountant

Salary: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 annually

Requirements:

Language: English (spoken and written) and French is an asset.

Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin. Related field.

Professional Payroll Certification is an asset.

Experience: 3 – 5 years experience in the field or related field with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programming.

Knowledge of payroll software and related systems.

Payroll Supervision & Administration

Supervise and support the payroll clerk, including task allocation, review of work, and training.

Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for 300+ employees (hourly and salaried), including overtime, shift premiums, multiple pay rates, and statutory holidays.
