About Our Clinic

Midtown Pediatrics is a busy outpatient multi-disciplinary pediatric health care clinic located in midtown Toronto. The team includes Pediatricians, Pediatric subspecialists, Nurses and allied health practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering patients
• Answering phones, taking telephone messages, managing email
• Scheduling- managing patient appointments and health care providers schedule
• Answering questions and providing information directly to patients via email and telephone based on knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations
• Scanning and transferring documents and e-faxes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (Practice Solutions/Telus)
• Sorting and forwarding mail and other correspondence
• Following up on specialist referrals
