Overview

The Fraser Health Authority (FHA), British Columbia's and Canada’s largest and fastest growing health authority, is seeking two qualified 1.0 FTE pediatricians to join the medical staff at Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH) providing urgent pediatric services. The pediatric group works 08:00 – 17:00 and collaborates closely with Obstetricians and Emergency personnel. RCH has approximately 3,100 births per year and a Level 3 nursery.

The successful applicant will be expected to establish a practice in the area and may participate in FHA subspecialty clinics. The team works with surrounding hospitals to ensure access to pediatric inpatient services and has established partnerships with the pediatric tertiary referral centre at BC Children’s Hospital and other local hospitals.
