Team Overview
This role partners with P&C; Centers of Excellence (e.g., Health & Wealth, People Practices and Compliance teams), Process Design Consultants, Technology teams & peers to deliver an optimized digital experience for our people. This is achieved through the delivery of recurring program work, projects, system/process enhancements, data quality and reporting through our HRIS system and supporting technology solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as technical P&C subject matter expert for both current and recurring initiatives to ensure seamless and on-time delivery for Workday—specifically within core and advanced compensation setup (incl. intake, analysis, prioritization, deployment planning, testing, test management, tracking, progress reporting and implementation).
- Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of our year‑end and mid‑year compensation cycles in Workday.
