Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with leaders in assigned client (business) groups and act as a trusted first point of contact for day-to-day people support;
- Provide practical guidance on operational people matters, escalating more complex or sensitive issues as appropriate;
- Partner with leaders on core people processes, including onboarding, performance feedback, and employee changes;
- Support the rollout of People & Talent (P&T) programs and initiatives across your client groups;
- Facilitate employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience;
- Maintain accurate employee data in Dayforce, including employee changes, audits, and data clean-up;
