Role Summary

Petra Brands is seeking a Performance Ad Creative Designer to spearhead high-volume, high-converting creative production for our DTC paid media campaigns. This is not a traditional brand-focused role; we are looking for a direct-response specialist who understands that design must sell, communicate instantly, and adapt based on performance data.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-level visual taste and fast execution, producing both native-style (organic, problem-led) and polished, structured ads. You should be comfortable using AI tools to scale creative output and have a deep understanding of hooks, customer pain points, and platform-native formats.
