Overview of the role

Reporting into the Head of Performance Analytics, the BF Brazil Performance Manager is responsible for leading performance analytics across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange, ensuring performance is clearly understood, effectively communicated and consistently acted upon.

What you’ll do

• Performance Reporting & Narrative
  • Own and oversee clear, consistent BAU performance reporting across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange (weekly, monthly and event-based).
  • Set the standard for a strong performance narrative, clearly articulating drivers of performance, risks, opportunities and next actions.
  • Provide senior, decision-ready insights that influence commercial, marketing and product strategy.
  • Own and evolve success measures including budget, phasing and cross-brand comparisons.
