**Main REsponsabilities / What You Will Do**:- Strategic Planning: Support the team with data and insights to build the company's acquisition strategy in Mexico.
- Plan and execute Digital Marketing strategies: Create and execute the digital marketing plan for paid media in social networks, SEO, SEM and setting up campaigns on tools.
- Constant monitoring and development of optimization strategies for paid campaigns on Google, META, ASA, DV360, TikTok and programmatic media to ensure planned KPI ́s achievement.
- Provide paid media analysis to support Mexico's direction and present weekly and ad-hoc performance reports to share with stakeholders.
- Monitor growth KPIs (CAC, CPL, CPV and others) and performance A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across channels and ensure proper pacing.
