Position Overview
The Personal Lines Account Executive will bring an aggressive and persuasive approach to generating and qualifying leads through prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and networking. The role is territory‑based with full support from the KASE Team, including leadership and internal partners to provide customer service and sales resources.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads using prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and networking.
- Develop creative and effective sales approaches to negotiate and close deals.
- Use sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
- Maintain a strong, self‑driven territory and achieve sales targets.
