Personal Lines Account Manager

We are C.J. Campbell Insurance, a mid‑sized insurance brokerage, and we are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The role requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work closely with an experienced Account Executive to grow an established book of business.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to the existing book of business
• Work with Account Executives to coordinate, support plans, discuss arising issues and create comprehensive plans for existing clients
• Communicate with policyholders and handle all requests
• Inform clients about new products
• Prepare invoices and collect premiums
• Prepare insurance forms

Qualifications

• Level 1 Insurance license
• Minimum 2 years insurance experience
