**_REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:_**

Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy and current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas. Five (5) years of related experience required.

**_PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:_**

+ ACPE approved IV (sterile products) certification
+ One of the following:

o PGY1 and PGY2 HSPAL Residency

o PGY1 and 2 years of inpatient hospital experience

o 5 years of experience as an Inpatient Pharmacist
