Location: Naval Branch Health Clinic – East Lake (NBHC-EL), Chula Vista, CA

Job Title: Physician (Family Medicine), GP-

A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized.
Medical malpractice liability insurance is not required for federal civilian healthcare providers as they are covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (28 U.S.C. § 1346(b)) while acting within the scope of their employment.

Salary: $123,077 - $336,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Independently formulate full treatment plans based on sound evaluation and diagnoses consistent with current and/or evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.


• Coordinate with facility and community resources to provide multidisciplinary comprehensive care to all patients.


• Perform emergency services or crisis intervention, including life‑saving emergency procedures when necessary.
