Position Title: Sports Medicine Physician or Physician

Location: Lifemark Physiotherapy Hazelwood th Avenue, Surrey, BC, V4N 0V9)

Status: 8 hrs. / week – Casual Part Time

Schedule: Open Monday to Friday, daytime

Salary Range: $190–$240/hr

Compensation: 70–75% Fee-for-Service Split (based on experience)

Your Day-to-Day

• Further the offering of our national Sports Medicine brand.
• Provide preventative and interventional treatments for our clients, including intra-articular Autologous Protein, PRP and Hyaluronic injections.
• Collaborate seamlessly with allied health practitioners to deliver optimal rehabilitation for athletes of all levels.
