This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist interested in working with adults living in the community who have multi-disciplinary rehabilitation needs. The Community Rehabilitation Interdisciplinary Service (CRIS) program is seeking a Physical Therapist I to provide physical therapy, patient assessment, and treatment to community dwelling adults with complex and neurological conditions. This position provides the opportunity to work within an interdisciplinary team including Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Recreation Therapy, and Social Work and a variety of other disciplines.
