You’ll pair disciplined flying with sharp decision‑making, champion a just culture of safety, and represent the operation with professionalism on every sector.

• Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights, ensuring precise fuel, performance, and weather analysis.
• Operate to company SOPs , applying robust ADM and threat/error management.
• Coordinate seamlessly with operations, maintenance, and dispatch to protect schedule and safety.
• Maintain exemplary aircraft handling, checklist discipline, and regulatory compliance.
• Complete meticulous documentation and contribute to continuous improvement within the SMS .
