Job Summary

The Piping & Brazing Technician is responsible for fabrication, assembly, and brazing of copper piping systems used in HVAC units such as air conditioners, heat pumps, and dehumidifiers. The role ensures leak‑free joints, proper routing, and adherence to quality and safety standards in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, bend, flare, and route copper tubes as per engineering drawings
• Assemble refrigerant piping circuits for HVAC units (condensers, evaporators, compressors)
• Install components such as expansion valves, filter driers, accumulators, and headers
• Perform brazing of copper‑to‑copper and copper‑to‑brass/steel joints using appropriate filler materials
