• Exploit and analyze supply plans at the SKU level to plan material requirements, meeting working capital and material supply objectives for production facilities.
• Verify and control raw material inventory levels based on minimum and maximum policies, taking into account storage capacity and the raw material working capital objective.
• Statistically analyze historical and projected consumption to determine the best inventory replenishment method to ensure an optimal level of service to production facilities.
• Generate month‑end inventory projections, considering the various factors involved (sales plan coverage, production plan coverage, pending purchases, etc.) to ensure compliance with the raw material working capital objective.
