****Position Summary**Responsible for purchasing raw and indirect materials to meet the production plan and customer requirements while maintaining adequate inventory levels.
**Responsibilities**- Generate and maintain purchase orders.
- Keep the stock shortage report updated.
- Create a list of orders with a potential risk of material shortages.
- Expedite material with the Sourcing team or suppliers to avoid impacting operations.
- Track material in transit and upon receipt at the plant.
- Follow up on SAP messages for purchased products (reschedule in/out, cancel).
- Track JDE requisitions.
