Captured data regarding repair of breakdowns.

Obtaining quotations and creating purchase requisitions for maintenance and repair related activities.

Capture and maintain maintenance records in adherence with steps contained in process flow.

Create works orders.

Continuous and accurate update of records/history on Maintenance System to be a true reflection of status of machines/equipment.

Filing of maintenance job cards.

3.1.7 Distribution of Reports and works orders daily/weekly.

3.1.8 Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments.
