The Planning and Evaluation Specialist (PES) facilitates effective and productive programs and services at Algoma Public Health (APH) by providing support to health unit teams in the areas of project and program planning, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement. The PES provides APH staff and teams with organizational tools, resources and systematic processes to achieve integration, collaboration and consistency in a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
