This role plays a key part in supporting operations through cost analysis, financial reporting, and business decision-making , acting as a strategic partner for the plant and operations leadership.
Requisitos Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience 5–7 years of experience in plant finance and cost accounting Proven experience in cost analysis, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
Experience working closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams .
Exposure to profitability improvement initiatives (EBIT optimization).
