The Quali Find Group has been engaged in searching for a Plant Manager for our client ́s expanding manufacturing operation in Baja California. The Plant Manager will play a hands-on leadership role for ongoing operations and the plant's transformation and expansion.

Bachelor's degree in technical or Manufacturing Engineering or Operations discipline from an accredited university.
MBA or other related Master's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Operations or Management, with previous experience in manufacturing operations in the electronics/electrical industry.
DMS, Kaizen, and Six Sigma training.
Knowledge of local culture and ability to integrate local culture with Company culture to achieve operational goals.
Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for communicating with local staff and international stakeholders
