• Lead the implementation of SQCDME in plant operations
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects
• Manage operational budgets and Capex effectively
• Ensure rigorous Health and Safety standards are met
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in best practices
Requirements:
• 10+ years in a dairy or similar plant environment
• Degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
