SUMMARY OF POSITION The Plant Manager will play a hands-on leadership role for ongoing operations and the plant’s transformation and expansion. Candidates for this role will have: Bachelor’s degree in technical or Manufacturing Engineering or Operations discipline from an accredited university. MBA or other related Master’s Degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Operations or Management, with previous experience in manufacturing operations in the electronics/electrical industry. DMS, Kaizen, and Six Sigma training.
