REPORTS TO: VP of Operations

LOCATION: Guelph, ON

We are looking for a Plant Manager to join our Operations Team! The Plant Manager leads all dairy plant operations and is responsible for accelerating the Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement journey. They provide a clear roadmap to achieve SQCDME world‑class manufacturing performance (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delay, Mobilisation and Environment).
