About This Opportunity
Responsibilities - Responsible for suppliers' quality concerns, managing complaints in a timely manner with the active participation of suppliers.
- Consolidate the quality performance indicators of the suppliers required for the plant and communicate them to the Plant Quality Manager and the Serial Life Buyer.
- Collect and evaluate the supplier's Certificate of Analysis (COA) and schedule a random inbound inspection to confirm compliance of the supplier's shipment, based on current performance and potential risk to the customer.
- Schedule the incoming inspection when the supplier or product is on trial.
- Conduct product or process audits of suppliers' site based on performance or specific customer requirements.
- Update and communicate the Plant Red List of suppliers (the 5 worst suppliers) and formally notify suppliers of their status in coordination with the Serial Life Buyer (e.g., containment, escalation).
