Your mission, roles and responsibilities As Supplier Quality Assurance you will be in charge of Supplier issues, supplier recovery costs, quarantine cost management (incoming), customer satisfaction, non-conformities in IATF certifications.
- Responsible for suppliers' quality concerns, managing complaints in a timely manner with the active participation of suppliers.
- Consolidate the quality performance indicators of the suppliers required for the plant and communicate them to the Plant Quality Manager and the Serial Life Buyer.
- Collect and evaluate the supplier's Certificate of Analysis (COA) and schedule a random inbound inspection to confirm compliance of the supplier's shipment, based on current performance and potential risk to the customer.
