We are looking for a Plastic Injection Molding Engineer with experience in manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, and production optimization.

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and optimize plastic injection molding processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in production and coordinate improvements in molds, process parameters, and materials.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement manufacturing improvements.
- Provide technical support to customers, address their requirements, and coordinate molding trials according to their specifications.
- Analyze and reduce injection defects using problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.).
- Develop and document procedures for process standardization.
