Platform Manager

The Platform Manager oversees all aspects of the NAC’s Enterprise System ecosystems, reporting tools, third‑party integrations and the platform roadmap. This role involves managing platforms and software integrations, serving as a liaison with external vendors and internal teams to advance and optimize platform usage while upholding team working agreements and values. The Platform Manager collaborates institution‑wide to ensure efficient data operations and supports a holistic approach to system capabilities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Platforms (e.g., Tessitura) and integrated platforms, overseeing the timely resolution of issues, updates, upgrades, and integrations.
