**Job Title: Journeyman Plumber – Commercial Tenant Improvements (Lead Role)**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on full-scope plumbing for commercial tenant improvement projects in existing buildings. You will install, modify, and refurbish plumbing systems and fixtures from start to finish, including kitchens, washrooms, and mechanical systems. As a journeyman plumber, you will also lead small to medium-sized projects, supervise field crews, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and code requirements.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform full-scope installation, modification, and repair of plumbing and piping systems for commercial tenant improvement projects.
+ Install and modify domestic water, storm, sanitary, hydronic, natural gas, medical gas, and laboratory gas systems.
+ Tear down, refurbish, and reinstall plumbing equipment such as kitchenettes, kitchens, showers, washrooms, sinks, toilets, and related fixtures.
