The primary role of the Program Manager is to address business challenges and create mid-long term capacity plans with consistency of lstrategy working with multiple functions and teams. Additionally, the PM will contribute to the Team's automation of tasks and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Working with Retail, FBA, Ops, Finance and Supply Chain team partners towards defining the best storage capacity plan considering Demand, CX, Capacity (storage and processing) and Cost.
• Working with Global Engineering Services team to define and monitor launches and retrofits.
