Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning for the innovation agenda for SURGERY in the Northern Cluster
• Develop the mid‑ and long‑term innovation strategy for Northern Cluster in collaboration with markets, Source Company and regulatory affairs
• Ensure the representation of Northern Cluster customer needs in product development pipeline, involve Northern Cluster surgeons in development projects and involvement
