Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Program Support and in cooperation with the Family and Income Stability team the Policy & Procedure Coordinator position is responsible for assessing and monitoring performance to ensure Ontario Works regulatory requirements are met. The Policy and Procedure Coordinator is a resource to support the development of a culture of quality and process improvement throughout the department. Together with the Manager, Program Support, the Policy and Procedure Coordinator will support local and provincial transformation initiatives.
