About This Opportunity

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Program Support and in cooperation with the Family and Income Stability team the Policy & Procedure Coordinator position is responsible for assessing and monitoring performance to ensure Ontario Works regulatory requirements are met. The Policy and Procedure Coordinator is a resource to support the development of a culture of quality and process improvement throughout the department. Together with the Manager, Program Support, the Policy and Procedure Coordinator will support local and provincial transformation initiatives.


This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Work with program staff of all levels to support, develop and improve the quality of services being delivered to clients served. 
  • Conduct case reviews for all permanent staff to oversee adherence to Provincial regulatory standards and assess progress with identified improvement strategies within the program/department.
