Reporting to the Director, the Specialist functions with a high degree of autonomy and serves as the organizational subject matter expert in documentation governance, version control, and policy lifecycle management. The role builds strong, collaborative relationships with clinical and administrative leaders, including the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC), Professional Practice, IT, and corporate services to ensure documentation aligns with legislation, regulatory requirements, evidence-informed practice, and organizational risk tolerance.
