Responsibilities:
Prepare Policy Documents, issue Billing with planned service standard Assist in handling quality inquiry to internal departments and resolve daily operation issues and follow up to meet customers’ expectation Prepare the Management and Financial reports Participate in projects as assign and perform UAT Ensure quality work output and accuracy Qualifications:
