Purpose
The purpose of the Restaurant Leader role is to lead daily operations of the restaurant while developing team members, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding all brand, food safety, and operational standards. This position combines leadership, training, operations, and team development into one cohesive role that drives the success of the store.
Primary Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture by leading by example and setting clear expectations.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, training, food safety, guest service, cleanliness, and sales.
- Lead onboarding and development using the Popeyes Academy platform; ensure 90% completion of modules across team.
- Monitor and drive key metrics: labor, food cost, Guest Experience Metrics targets, and guest satisfaction.
