• Understand POS data received
• Prepare various documents and reports, such as correcting POS data files received from partners, POS internal files, POS tagging
• Professional correspondence to customers, IT and sales team in the form of email and phone calls
• Assess risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Ensure policies are created and followed
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Assist and support the Customer Service team by contributing to order entry and answering calls as needed
