Job Description

The role involves landscaping maintenance and management of the surroundings at Cabot properties. Candidates will range from entry level to seasoned professionals across four levels, with responsibilities scaling with experience.

Responsibilities

General responsibilities across all levels include:

• Follow oral and written directions in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a continuous safe, clean, and productive work environment
• Learn all landscape locations
• Use appropriate PPE equipment as instructed
• Complete pre‑shift staging of equipment and resources daily, as directed
• Identify unsafe areas and activities and report hazards immediately
