As a Product Manager, E-commerce Strategy & Growth at Browns Shoes, you will own the multi-year product roadmap for web and mobile while aligning stakeholders on clear priorities. You will define key KPIs like CVR, AOV, retention, and run rigorous A/B tests to measure end-to-end impacts. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional execution for mobile app deployment, loyalty program scaling, and personalization enhancements to boost channel performance.
