Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience installing 3M automotive products (PPF, tint, wraps) and ceramic coating
• Excellent eye for detail and pride in craftsmanship
• 3M certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Team‑based mindset, willing to help wherever needed
