What do Pre-Board Screening Officers do?
Responsibilities
- Efficiently screen passengers and baggage through airport security checkpoints
- Provide information professionally and with integrity
- Confirm valid boarding passes
- Scan and test baggage for prohibited items using X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other technology, along with physical search techniques
- Protect restricted areas
- Manage conflict
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Uphold all regulations with vigilance
You will receive paid training at $21.97/hour, followed by $25.03/hour after passing training. You’ll also receive comprehensive benefits and an excellent uniform!
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a high-volume workplace for a minimum of one (1) year
