The Pre-Legal Collection Specialist will research and recommend which accounts should be sent to either Small Claims Court, Civil Court or Third Party Collections Agency.
After approval, the specialist will send a payment demand and upon expiration of said date, the specialist will complete the necessary paperwork to submit to the courts.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Flexibility to work graveyard shifts.
