Presales Consultant

This role involves identifying how to best support client workflows and requirements using the functionalities, features, and options available within our product portfolio, and then demonstrating the proposed solutions.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Identify stated and unstated functional and technical needs.
• Analyze and document clinical use cases, workflows and requirements.
• Adapt and configure products and functionalities to best support client workflows and to meet requirements for all use cases.
• Write comprehensive, realistic scenarios using a level of detail and technical vocabulary appropriate to each target audience.
• Test and validate all proposed solutions.
• Prepare all required datasets and configurations in our demo environments.
• Perform live and/or recorded demonstrations.
