Lead Electrical Engineer – Mining, Minerals and Metals

Location: Oakville, Ontario. Full‑time. The role involves electrical engineering services on small to medium projects within the Mining, Minerals and Metals sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering services that meet Worley’s, customer’s, and statutory requirements on time and within budget.
• Lead electrical engineering on specific projects including preparing progress reports, participating in meetings, and ensuring compliance with required checking procedures.
• Define project scope, manage change control, and provide advice during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities (requisitions, technical bid evaluation, purchase order preparation).
• Act as electrical lead, assign tasks and supervise progress of a team when applicable.
