Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow ITOM, ITAM, and CSDM Architecture & Development

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Asset Management.

Develop CSDM-aligned CMDB architectures, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and governance.

Create custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance ServiceNow s ITOM & ITAM capabilities.

Optimize ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping for multi-cloud and on-premises environments.

2. Hands-On Development & Platform Engineering

Develop advanced ServiceNow customizations using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
